App development in Udaipur
Klyrobit Technologies builds apps for businesses that have outgrown a brochure website. From our studio in Udaipur we ship Android apps, iPhone apps, and focused web apps that staff and customers can open every day.
When a website is no longer the whole product
Some businesses in Udaipur only need a clear site and a WhatsApp line. Others have a job that a page cannot hold. A coaching centre wants tests and progress on a phone. A field team wants the day’s visits even when the network drops outside the city. A publisher wants people to come back for the next episode, not just read a single article. That is the point where we propose an app instead of another landing page.
We are specific about the phone. A lot of customers in Rajasthan will be on Android, so a Play Store app is often the first release. An iPhone app follows when your audience is actually there. A web app is the right answer when people should use a browser on a shop counter or a laptop without installing anything. We will say which of those you need, and we will not sell all three on day one if one of them solves the job.
The app has to survive real conditions. Screens are designed for one hand, for Hindi and English where your customers switch, and for a connection that is fine in the city and weak on the road. Offline notes, saved drafts, and a patient retry matter more than a decorative animation. We test on ordinary phones, not only on a new device in the studio.
What we have already shipped
The public record is on the portfolio. tithiguru.in is the website. tvplus.tithiguru.in is the streaming product beside it, with accounts, a catalogue, and playback rather than a static page. Those two were built for a real audience across India, from the same Udaipur studio that takes on a local booking app or an internal tool. They are not mockups staged for a pitch deck.
The pattern transfers. A hotel can give repeat guests a simple booking app. A clinic can give patients their appointments and reports. A distributor can give a sales rep a list of shops in Udaipur and the orders collected that day. The interface changes. The engineering does not: an account, a clear task, a record that does not disappear, and a way for the owner to see what happened.
We also build the quieter apps that never go on a store. A private web app for your counter staff, a small Android build sideloaded onto company phones, or an extension of a website you already have. If the audience is your own team, we skip the store listing and spend the time on the workflow. If the audience is the public, we prepare the listing, the screenshots, and the privacy details the stores ask for.
How an app project runs
We start by writing the jobs the app must finish, in the language of your staff. “Mark this visit complete” is a requirement. “Engage users” is not. From that list we sketch the screens, agree what the first release will refuse to do, and estimate the build. You see the app on a phone before we add the hard edges: payments, notifications, roles, and the data you cannot afford to lose.
Accounts, permissions, and backups are part of the build, not a footnote. If a receptionist and a doctor should not see the same records, that split is in the first version. If a customer must get a receipt or a booking confirmation, we send it in the app and, where it helps, on WhatsApp. The WhatsApp automation service connects here when the message, not the screen, is how people already talk to you.
Publication is practical. For Google Play we use a developer account in your name so the listing belongs to the business. We write the short description, prepare the graphics from real screens, and answer the questionnaire about data. Apple’s process is slower and stricter. We plan for that review instead of promising a same-week surprise. After release we watch crashes and the first week of real use, then fix what the studio could not see.
Ownership after the store says approved
You own the code, the data, and the store listing. We do not keep a private key as leverage. Hosting and databases sit in accounts you control, with a note of what each service costs so a renewal is not a mystery. When a developer on your side joins later, they can read the project. We are building a tool for Udaipur, not a dependency.
The first release is deliberately smaller than the fantasy version. A second release can add payments, a loyalty record, or a report for the owner. That sequence is how apps stay shippable. If you also need a public site that explains the app, we build that as website development and link the store buttons from it, with the same name and phone number you use everywhere else.
Bring the workflow, even if it currently lives in a notebook and a WhatsApp group. We will tell you whether it should be an Android app, a web app, or a website with automation behind it. The wrong choice is more expensive than a frank conversation at the start.
Questions we hear before a project starts
Do you build for Android, iPhone, or both?
We build Android apps, iPhone apps, and web apps that run in the browser. For many businesses in Udaipur the first public app should be Android, because that is the phone customers already carry. We add an iPhone app when your audience is there, and we use a web app when installation would get in the way.
Will the app work when the network is poor outside the city?
We design for that. Screens stay light, and tasks that must survive a dropped connection can be saved on the phone and sent when the signal returns. We test on ordinary devices and on a slow connection, not only on studio Wi-Fi.
Whose name is on the Play Store listing?
Yours. The developer account, the app name, and the listing should belong to the business. We prepare the screenshots, the description, and the data questions, and we publish with access you control.
What happens after the app is live?
We watch the first weeks of real use and fix crashes and confusing steps. New features are separate releases so the version people already rely on stays stable. You keep the code and the data if you later bring the work in-house.
